What the service involves
An assessment looks at the existing layout, water supply, drainage routes and access. Moving fittings can involve more pipework than a like-for-like replacement. Agree the proposed layout, plumbing scope, sequence and any coordination with other trades before work begins.
How to prepare
Have a rough idea of the layout you want and which fittings are staying or going. Photos and measurements are useful for a first conversation. If other trades are already booked, share their dates so the plumbing can be sequenced properly. Ask early about anything you are unsure of, such as whether a shower will work with your water pressure.
