Who handles your information
Thomas Peter Glover trading as FirstFlow 24/7 is responsible for information you share with this business. Contact tom@firstflow247.com with questions about your information.
When you contact Tom
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, postcode and message so Tom can respond and discuss the work you need. Your enquiry is stored in the business enquiry system and sent by email to Tom; a receipt is also emailed to you. It is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
We use this information to respond to your request and take steps towards providing a service. We use limited technical information, including IP addresses and server logs, to operate the site and prevent abuse. Our hosting and email providers process information to deliver these services. Enquiry information is kept for follow-up and any resulting work, and reviewed when it is no longer needed; records needed for accounts or legal obligations may be kept longer.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit and whether they use the enquiry form or click a call or email link. It processes browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send your enquiry fields or enquiry reference to Google Analytics.
Analytics is off until you accept. Rejecting it does not affect the website or your ability to contact Tom. We do not use Google Signals or advertising personalisation. Google may process analytics information outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy for its processing and safeguards.
Your cookie choice
We store your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. If enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops further collection and removes the site’s analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected.
Your information rights
You can contact Tom to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to raise an objection or concern about its use. Rights depend on the circumstances and any records we are required to keep. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
